Frequently asked questions
I cannot sign in to my account
- Check that you are using the email address you registered with, and that Caps Lock is off.
- After 5 failed attempts sign-in pauses for 15 minutes — wait and try again.
- Still locked out? Use Request account recovery on this page. The academy team verifies your identity (for example by phone) before resetting your password. We never ask for your password.
If your account is pending approval or suspended, the sign-in page tells you so — contact the academy.
How do I get my certificate?
A certificate is issued when every requirement of the course is met: all lessons completed, all quizzes and exams passed, and all assignments (including the capstone) graded at 50% or more. Track the checklist on Progress or Certificates, then press Claim certificate.
Each certificate has a unique number, a downloadable PDF and a public verification page (QR code) that shows only your name, the course, the issue date and whether it is valid.
How enrolment and fees work
- Complete the required fields on your Profile (name, father's/guardian's name, phone, education, city, address).
- Choose a course and confirm the fee shown on the enrolment page.
- Paid courses stay pending until the academy verifies a payment of at least the amount due now.
- Report each payment from My fees with the method, reference and a receipt photo or PDF. An administrator checks it against the bank, JazzCash/Easypaisa or cash records — only then does it count as paid.
Your fee page always shows the total, what has been verified, what is still pending verification and the remaining balance.
My payment is not showing as paid
Payments you report are awaiting verification until an administrator confirms them. This usually happens within one working day.
If a payment was rejected, the reason is shown next to it on My fees. Report it again with the correct reference or a clearer receipt, or open a support ticket in the Fees category.
Discounts, coupons and scholarships
- Coupons: if the academy gave you a coupon code, apply it on My fees for the enrolment it is meant for. Each coupon can be used once per enrolment and only while it is valid.
- Scholarships: apply from My fees → Scholarship. Explain your situation; an administrator reviews every application. If approved, the awarded amount is deducted from your remaining balance.
Discounts never change payments you have already made.
How is attendance calculated?
Attendance = (present + late) ÷ (present + late + absent). Excused sessions are not counted. If you fall below the academy minimum you will see a shortage warning and how many sessions you need to attend to recover. Only your teachers and mentors can change attendance — message them if a record looks wrong.
Who can I message?
You can send direct messages to your teachers and mentors, to classmates in your batch (unless they turned direct messages from classmates off), and to the LogicGigs team. Every batch also has a group chat. Files up to 5 MB (PDF, Office documents, images, ZIP) can be attached.
