Tyre Arena — Tyre Shop Management & POS

A tyre shop's stock isn't a simple list of products. One tyre model comes in many sizes, each with its own quantity, cost and price. The shop needed to:

• Answer "do you have this size?" instantly at the counter.
• Sell quickly — without ever selling stock it doesn't have.
• Record fitting and service work alongside sales.
• Track purchases from suppliers and everyday expenses.
• See real profit, not just sales totals.

• Stock with unlimited size variants per product, with low-stock alerts.
• Point of sale built for the counter: scan a barcode to add an item, scan again to add one more. USB scanners work without drivers, and overselling is blocked.
• Barcodes and labels in EAN-13 or Code 128.
• Receipts on 58 mm or 80 mm thermal printers, or A4.
• Customers with vehicle numbers, purchases and suppliers, service job cards and daily expenses.
• Reports: revenue, cost of goods sold, gross and net profit, with CSV export.
• Live dashboard that refreshes every 30 seconds, with a 7-day sales chart and low-stock alerts.
• Admin and Staff roles; Content-Security-Policy, CSRF protection, bcrypt password hashing and database-backed login throttling.

The scope was agreed in writing: WhatsApp invoicing, a mobile app and online payments were deliberately left out as possible future add-ons.

• Stock, sales, services, purchases and expenses now live in one system instead of separate notebooks.
• Counter sales are fast: scan, confirm, print.
• Stock cannot go below zero, so the numbers on screen match what's on the shelves.
• The owner can see profit — not just revenue — for any period, and export it.
